Hours are by Appointment Monday - Friday, and Sunday. Appointments can be made by text @ 937-543-6135 or thru facebook messaging. Please keep in mind Intake forms are texted to new clients to complete first before an appointment is scheduled. A new intake is also required for those who haven't been in for a massage in more than 6 months. This helps me vet clients to make sure their health profile is a good fit for the practice. Once completed I will text you back quickly during my business hours to get you scheduled.
For courtesy to all clients and the Massage Therapist please abide by the following policies:
Cancelation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. At the present time I do not charge for late cancelations; however, I do reserve the right to terminate a client from booking further sessions if policies are being neglected.
Please provide at least a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Exclusions to this include events outside a client's control such as illness, weather, family/work emergencies. This allows the opportunity for another client to schedule an appointment and for no loss of income to occur for your Massage Therapist.
No-shows
Please do not be a ghost and “no-show" for your appointment. Clients are texted and/or emailed reminders of their appointments so please keep me updated if your phone # or email changes. If you are unable to attend your appointment please be courteous and send a text that you won't be attending. No Shows" will be noted on a client's account and the client may be kept from booking further sessions.
Late Arrivals
Being timely both on my part and on the part of my clients is very important! Please arrive on time or a few minutes early to your appointment. I am typically in the office 5 minutes prior to your appointment. Clients are kindly asked to stay in their vehicle until they receive a text to enter the facility. This allows me time to get the space ready for your massage care without feeling rushed. Your session begins at the time you reserved for your booking and you are responsible to pay for the designated session length you reserved even if you are late. I kindly ask that you text me if you are going to be more than 5 minutes late. An appointment WILL be canceled when a client is more than 15 minutes late and the client will be notified via Text of the cancelation. Sorry, no exceptions!
Sessions
The time frame for the session includes a brief consultation and the hands on massage treatment. The time of the session starts at the designated time you made the appointment for or when you arrive whichever comes first.
Cell Phones
Cell phones are required to be muted during a client's session. Sorry, but I do not allow cell phone usage during sessions. This is for the client's and Massage Therapist's serenity and focus.
